I just moved here . After 15 days the washroom flash is not working. I told Cathrin the manager about it . She said within a week they are gonna fix it . Its been two week . She didn't send any body . And the flow of the water is too slow . My recommendation is dont come here worst service system ever

I agree with many of the poor reviews of The Chadwick. I am currently dealing with some very noisy and disrespectful neighbors who want to play music, TV and be disruptive during the evenings and most times until 2am during weekdays. The walls are so thin it's as if I live with them. They will purposely make noise so I call security but then they never answer the door. Further, I've also experienced some retaliation from them, so if I decided to make food or accidentally drop something on the ground in the evening they will bang on the wall or start blast their music. They also constantly walk back and forth front of my door with their friends or each other ( it's two men) speaking badly about me and call me names because they know I am the who complained. It's been going on since moved in 6 months ago. I will say management is now trying to address the issue but it never feels good to live next to people who are vindictive, petty, and down right mean. I also have a rodent problem and they will charge you for pest control which is illegal in CA if it's not the fault of the tenant. There are holes in my unit that allow the rodent to come in, so the rodent situations is not my fault so I shouldn't be charged for pest control. The complex has had ongoing issues with pests...They may have a large class action lawsuit on their hands in few years due to the charges. I am afraid to call pest control again because the will ad and extra $30 and $5 monthly even if you didn't call . But I would rather live with a few mice than have to live next to these neighbors any day of the week. I will not be renewing my lease and if I could I'd leave now.

Ive been begging them to fix our roach problem since we moved in and theyve done absolutely nothing !! When we went to the office to talk to them they acknowledged about knowing that our building is infested and havent done one thing to fix it. Please do not move in here this is seriously inhabitable to live in. It will affect your physical and mental health next step will be a lawyer cause this is ridiculous. Not to mention the car burglarys and package stealing. I wish I knew what I was giving myself into before I signed this lease no way Im living like this another second its seriously unlivable.
