C on Pico Apartments

I have been living here for a couple years and I really wanted to take a moment to say that while the maintenance dept here is great overall, there is one guy named Javier, that always goes above and beyond to ensure things are fixed asap and always does a fantastic job. I have had a few issues that randomly happened and even on off hours he comes by and takes care of it. Javier is an absolutely fantastic guy and the Apartment complex is very fortunate to have him working for them to ensure all residents maintenance concerns are absolutely taken care of!
