Linea Apartments

I have lived here before and wanted to return here because I loved the community but I must say this place has turned really bad. LEASING agents are the worst here especially Desiree or Desirae(however she spells her name) you can see from other people's review as well. I came twice to check apartments: first time the guy could only show us a couple apartments not all because apparently his fob wasn't working. How great is that.... Then i scheduled again and because of the rain I was 15 mints late, I sent an email and also called to make sure that they know I would be there little late, on the phone i was told no problem, but when I came 15 mints late on the dot, the leasing agent (desirae) had just stepped out that's what lady at the desk told me and will be back, she came back around 5.46 and then told me since I wasn't there till 5.30 she couldn't show me the apartment, number 1 that was a lie, because I was there at 5.15, I have the records, and I told her to check the cameras she said no she won't do it, in reality she knew she was lying and started to say that I was lying, and had such a bad attitude, I mean you're in customer service and hospitality, minimum you can do is be nice to people but I guess that's how she is as a person. And just stepped away while we were talking and said you can schedule again for a later date and time, I mean what the hell, I drove an hour two times for this customer service. I called the number they had listed and the lady said she could see that I had called and emailed prior to be being late and said some Manager would call me but it's been a few days and no one has had a courtesy of calling me. Absolutely joke of a place, I had three other friends who were looking to get apartments here, and I am having them pull out because if that's how they treat their new potential renters imagine how bad their attitude will be once you become a resident here. I missed the old Linea when they actually had good and honest people working there, not like Desirae who is amongst the worst you can ever encounter. Please do yourself a favor and don't live here. Find a better place who will respect you.

We love Andrew on the leasing team, he helped us with all of our moving-in issues and answered all of the questions quickly. Plus I would love to recommend Mr. John who works at our Linea concierge desk who is very professional and kind.

The fire alarms here go off randomly at night, at 3am, and throughout the day. Being woken up abruptly at 3am is no joke--had a fever immediately the next day. The office never picks up the phone, and when they do, they claim that they are getting the system repaired but they never do. By now, no one evacuates when the alarm goes off. The fire trucks don't even come. One day, when a real emergency happens, everyone will think it's another false alarm and be burned to death.
