        Great management and maintenance team here! Mike at the front desk is always eager to help and Vincent in maintenance is a godsend. Thanks guys. Also, this building, although over 100 years old, is in amazing shape with great bones. The interior brick, high ceilings and arched windows are especially delightful. I love the place

        The entire experience from checking the place out to moving in was absolutely fantastic. Even when things were flagged that needed repair it took the team just a day to get on it. Kudos to Mike and the team at Brockman, they were very warm, and engaging and made the moving-in process as easy as possible. Just note if you and your friends are moving stuff (like I was) and not using movers the slope to the loading area can be a bit daunting.

His assistance made our move-in process smooth and hassle-free, and we felt welcomed from day one. Now, let's talk about the apartment itself. It's a dream come true! The charm of the brick walls and the elegance of the hardwood floors make this place feel like home. The walk-in showers and the soaking tub add a touch of luxury that we truly appreciate. The amenities are great, theres a parcel locker for deliveries and a small fitness studio next to the rooftop patio. One of the biggest advantages of living at Brockman Lofts is the location. It easies the cost of rising gas prices, with fantastic restaurants and grocery stores just steps away from our apartment. Convenience at its finest! If you're in the market for a new loft, look no further Brockman Lofts is the place to be!

      Located in the Financial District, The Brockman Building helped shape downtown LA a century ago. Today, this striking 12-story Beaux Arts tower is gaining new life as The Brockman Lofts. This historic building is pet-friendly and features penthouse and rooftop amenities. Our lofts offer exposed brick and concrete complemented by premium finishes including marble countertops in select lofts.
