Sentral DTLA at 732 S. Spring | Los Angeles Apartments

The worst management I have ever met. The whole leasing office team are irresponsible and its impossible to call them. My move in date was supposed to be 20 of December and after millions of calls and emails they called me at 27 of December and denied it. They had a problem with their system after I applied for an apartment they transferred another resident to the same apartment and it was easier for them to waste time and deny an application. I was waiting for my deposit for almost 3 months and thats after everyday calls and emails. Thanks God my application was denied because I would never live in a building where you cannot even reach anyone except the front desk who just takes your number for call backs. Never met such irresponsible people. For those who are interested I can send all the emails and screenshots.

We love our apartment! The view from the 21st floor is definitely what we needed! But overall the look and upkeep of the building is what we loved. The maintenance guys are super nice and have also been super helpful! Special shoutout to Alex and Marvin for helping us get situated with certain fixes. I think the only thing that would have made this place 5 stars is if it was located in SouthPark, but overall we love it!

I'm not the biggest fan of the building but i absolutely cant speak well enough about, Alex the maintenance guy. Always does his work quick and is super cool. He is the only person i trust to work on my unit.
