        Don't have any experience actually living here, but I have found several tenants that live here with dogs, approximately 5 so far that walk their dog outside of this apartment complex and do not pickup their waste. In accordance with California law ordinance 10.40.066, they are in violation of this. The management of this property does nothing to enforce this. These areas of grass are always covered with animal waste and are even on the sidewalk. There is an animal waste stand at Huntington Hacienda, but nothing at this location. Please fix this now!!

        I live here, I caught a rat as big as my chihuahua. 2 years ago we had homeless people living under the stairs. One was named Jose, nice guy. Also the pool only goes to 4 feet, havent used it since I was 10.... Im 21 now....
