Went in and Valerie was very helpful she made sure everything was done correctly for our move in also Emily helped with the process and was also extremely helpful. Both are very welcoming and pleasant to work with!

They are impossible to get to do things for older, disabled tenants. There is very little disabled access.

I've lived here for two years and I'm planning on staying in this place for as long as I'm in LA. Everything is very nice, the management has always been responsive, and for the price you really can't find anything better in the area. 5 stars from me!

The apartment is pretty decent, the amenities are plentiful. They have a gym, pool, tennis court, basketball court, and other things that make this place pleasant. Unfortunately, it comes with its downsides. There is constantly construction, and the noise can truly be unbearable. Maintenance requests can take a while to get to, and sometimes things are simply not fixed. My car scrapes the bottom of the garage every time I pull into the lot, and when I asked if I could switch to a spot on another lever, I was told they are reserved for other units. Certain spots have remained empty, so why not switch our parking space with one reserved for a unit that has remained empty? Lastly, there is little help to be found in the front office. My phone was broken (my own fault) and I needed to make one toll free call to file an insurance claim to have it repaired. I was told that they don't allow residents to use their office phones, with no real reason why. I understand it as a general policy, but there were countless unused phones and I was in a real bind. It felt a very corporate and apathetic response to a very genuine ask for help. Living here has been nice, but I find for each positive experience I have, there is a negative one to match.
