Since being bought out by Fairfield the building has been slowly falling apart. The pool has had caution tape surrounding it and low unfiltered water for months. One of the elevators is broken at all times. The fire sprinklers have broken on multiple occasions causing flooding of multiple apartments. Much of the greenery has been allowed to dry out and die. The gym equipment is poorly maintained and broken. The old pool lounge chairs have been replaced with cheap replacements that broke in the first few months and have cloth cushions that acquire mold. The common bathrooms were broken and or locked for weeks at a time. When these issues are brought to the building manager Cecilia she is rude, condescending, and dismissive. Its one thing to be bad at your job but at the very least try to be friendly and respectful to the residents. You dont pay to live in a building like this just to have everything be broken and in disarray.

My favorite part of living here is the maintenance and cleaning staff, most notably Nemo. Normal stuff has needed attention in my apartment, and Nemo is always so efficient, kind, and thorough. It really makes living here stress-free, and I know, firsthand, thats not common in LA.

Love living here. Biggest perk is Nimo - our maintenance guy. He is so quick, efficient and kind! He gets things done and whenever we have something that needs to be fixed, he is on it! Love the guy!!
