        I came to tour the unit at the confirmed time, and nobody was there. The office was empty, so calling the office was pointless. I waited for an hour, and nobody ever showed.

        The worst apartment building management company that Ive ever dealt with. They dont care at all about the tenants or the property. Its all smoke and mirrors. Beware. Id give it negative five stars if I could.

        My husband and I had an absolute nightmare dealing with this Company. They lured us in with promises of ease and efficiency, but it was anything but. First, they asked application fee plus the half of deposit, that it was (600) then they changed the amount at the last minute increasing it to 5950. Then, out of nowhere, the price for rent shot up 300 without any explanation, for the same unit , leaving us reeling. If we wouldve known that we wouldnt apply and lost two weeks of our time in a month when we are moving from another state ! Communication was a disaster; it felt like we were shouting into a void. And to top it off, its been an agonizing three weeks since we applied , and still NO SIGN OF OUR DEPOSIT. Dealing with them was a nightmare. Spare yourself the drama and steer clear of this nightmare of a property management company.
