Self - guided tour is available for this property. Zach, a member of the leasing office, was very helpful. Our tour was accidentally moved up an hour and Zach was kind enough to allow us to tour an hour earlier. We saw the 1 bedroom unit and it was perfect for our family. Zach was very patient with all of our questions due to this being our first apartment, we had a lot. He explained everything in detail and was very welcoming.

Zach is such a caring person ! He puts all his attention on help when needed, Definitely makes me feel like the office is more sufficiently ! Also shoutout to the wonderful beings for the doggy bags :) my pup loved it

This apartment building is amazing and mati and Toni was amazing they was super understanding and helpful and helped me get my first apartment as a new California resident this was a blessing and they was heaven sent thank you for assisting me into my new home and may GOD bless you both

We just moved in 2 days ago and there are a lot of things that doesnt work - we cannot even get in the building because the garage remote control is not working even after putting on a new battery. And the key to the building doesnt open the gate which was given by the leasing agent during move in day 2/14. We went back to the leasing office right away to let them know we cant come in the building because of faulty keys and garage remote but they didnt do anything. We went back again the next day and they wanted us to request service using the app which takes days or even weeks to resolve. Edited: Thank you to Ms. Mari Enrile for helping me. Got the correct key and assigned parking number from her. Maintenance guy also fixed one of the garage remote today.

I moved in sept 2023 and the utility bills cost triple than anywhere i have ever lived in and i have lived in bigger complexes.The water and trash fee alone came to 209$ this month . Very unreasonable considering i by myself wouldn't consume this much water for the bills to be so high . Tenants have complained but it keeps increasing with no justification . I am barely home but yet my water bill alone is 90$. We have housing authorities coming in end in march to investigate this matter .
