Gabrielle made the move into this apartment so extremely easy. She was friendly the whole time and really seemed to be attentive to any questions I had and with my specific moving situation. The apartment is great so far (one week in). Already used the gym, great. Can't wait to enjoy my time here. Also, great food all around this place!

Been here for 2 months. Equity doesnt care about its tenants, countless numbers of residents have had their cars broken into in resident parking thats supposed to be separated. They refuse to put out adequate security and now allow airbnb to rent out apartment units so now lots of complete strangers are allowed here. Amenities are not tended to by management consistently or well.

1/11 Updating my review to say thank you to John S for fixing my washing machine! He always leaves a nice note to let me know what time he entered and what repairs he did. Thank you so much! 10/6 Updating my review to say thank you to Daisy for helping me with my fridge and washing machine. She goes above and beyond for her residents and is patient and understanding. Updating my review to say thank you to Daisy for fixing my thermostat for me. She is so professional, knowledgeable and kind and I love living at Jia knowing how much Daisy cares about her residents and community. Jia is one of the best communities to live in in downtown. They host fun resident events, have amazing amenities and are in a great location. Being close to dodger stadium and the 110 is very convenient. The employees are friendly and go above and beyond to help you.
