Westside Apartments

I loved Westside! Such a great apartment, my roommates and I were so lucky to find a place with all the amenities they offer. Jose was always super helpful with our maintenance requests.

Recently moved in with the help of Anthony from the leasing office and Hugo from maintenance. We had a tight window for move-in, and was able to get everything done within a few days. Hugo was able to fix several problems we noticed in the apartment prior to move-in. Anthony was very helpful as we figured out how to get packages delivered correctly, and super nice while helping us get everything set up. Excited to live here!

I truly can not over state this- DO NOT LIVE HERE! It may have been okay a few years ago, but this building is so poorly managed now. There is no communication about issues, changes and the leasing office is very understaffed. Keep looking and find something/somewhere else not managed by Equity Apartments.

Just moved into Westside Apartments two weeks ago. Our initial experience has been wonderful. The building is well maintained and offers excellent amenities, and our apartment was ready on time: spotless and with all appliances working perfectly. Anthony in the Leasing Office has been professional, friendly and always available to answer our questions. He walked us through the application process, step-by-step, and helped a great deal during our move-in. Hugo in facility services has also been very friendly and helpful.
