My move was smooth, and great. Sylvia and Martin are the best duo your are going to get. Felt like home before I even moved! The place is super clean and the people that live there are great. It's nice and quiet!

I lived in a 1-bedroom here for about a year. The only reason I left was due to the pandemic... I needed to move to another spot with a friend to save money. I can't say enough great things about Silvia, the building manager. She's extremely nice and accommodating. She made sure that the building was always clean, quiet, friendly, and fair. I would highly recommend this place and location for anyone looking for an apartment!

2022 UPDATE: I currently live in a different apartment than back in 2018 and it's 9am and once again, my neighbor's TV is very clearly audible through my bedroom wall, my upstairs neighbor's footsteps sound like he's taking tap lessons in clogs and children provide constant screams from the school across the street (DO NOT GET AN APT FACING DUNSMUIR!). All the while the rooftop repairs add a beautiful extra level of deep bass banging to this symphony of LOUD NOISE. Today the neighbor from below who plays piano daily has not yet begun their daily practice of the same section of classical music that is repeated at least 20 times per day.Yes the rooms are big and yes the building manager Sylvia is lovely, polite and friendly, as are the building's handymen, but the amount of noise pollution I've suffered since moving in this building has been nothing short of staggering. If you are a person who leaves at 7am for work and returns late at night, then you won't care but if you are at home at any point during the day, be prepared for this insanity. Also, repairs, whenever they occur, will take LITERAL MONTHS to complete. The rooftop work began in the summer and it is currently December. Check the other videos posted for the noise level.I absolutely, currently, DO NOT recommend living here.

I don't really know why Sylvia has such great reviews. We applied for an available 2-bedroom apartment and had to call multiple times to even get an update. She told us that it was still available and there were other people coming to look at the unit later on in the week. Not sure why that is relevant- as applications should be processed in the order that they come in- otherwise I'd have to assume she's being discriminatory and wanted to see the tenants face to face and see if they're "fit". Didn't hear from her for another week. Finally got through to a person after calling and only getting voicemail the whole time. She then said the apartment had been rented out already "a while ago", while stumbling on her words. She didn't even look at our application, and we knew we satisfied all the requirements. She just said, "they looked at the apartment and applied on the spot"- so? we applied before that!! She didn't even bother to update Zillow either and just ignores all the calls from the listing. Just great. Extremely frustrating because looking for good places in LA is competitive as it is, add to the fact that you have to deal with unresponsive, inconsiderate, and lazy property managers.

Palm Court Apartments is a great place to live! We have lived here the past couple of years. Sylvia, the manager, is the sweetest lady. If you ever need anything you can easily talk to her. If there is ever a maintenance issue, Martin will come and fix it usually under 24 hours. I love the pool and jacuzzi area; its a nice area to relax and perfect for kids or to just catch some sun rays. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. In addition, they have a really nice gym, with pelotons to use! The apartments are clean and well kept. They also have a parking garage with assigned spots so you don't have to worry about parking. Laundry units are on every floor- shared paid laundry. Overall, we enjoy living here and would definitely recommend it for someone looking for a place to live in LA.
