I like the apartment itself. It’s very clean and quiet. But I have a major issue: it’s right across from Westwood park, where there’s lots of insane homeless people. They shout obscenities all night long. And it’s very hard to sleep when someone is violently screaming. Lots of trash on the streets as well but seems to get picked up every now and then. The city really needs to kick them out because it’s ruining the neighborhood.

I have lived at this place for 5 years. Though the amenities might not seem as fancy as some of the other newer buildings in the area, I have had a very good experience during my time here. The property manager Carmen is very reasonable and responsive. So is the handyman Sam, as he is very prompt in having issues in our apartment fixed. The common area is very well kept and with a nice touch. I would never thought of moving had not been for my job change. Would recommend.

I called the phone number to get info and the lady with an accent hung up in my face... if it’s not veterans apartments take it off of Google that it is.
