Review coming from a former employee: building has a lot of safety issues and plumbing issues. Owner will not spend money to fix any major issues. They are leaking pipes everywhere , including one of the garage parkings. The units are overpriced with no fair amenities to offer. It was really hard to work at this property with all these issues. Parking is also not included in rent. Dont waste your money here!

Worst management ever. since the day I moved in, I had issues. With the rent I am paying it does not offer the housing I expect. As I moved in there was no internet cable, the house was not ready to move in but they asked me to move in ASAP . The management are not responsive at all. They keep adding random fees to your rent without responding to my emails or mentioning why. There are many many safely issue with the building. Since I moved it I keep telling them about the safety of the washer dryer I had, they did nothing bout it until one day the dryer smashed to the floor and if I had a pet or kids they could get injured. For may months the pipes had issues. The biggest problem is the management and how they have no caring about tenets. It's over priced for what they offer.

[Disclaimer: I am not a current tenant of the building] This review is for the fantastic experience I had scheduling a tour and touring the property. I was able to easily schedule and confirm a tour via text message with a member of the management team ahead of my tour. The day of the tour, Michelle (the on-site property manager), reached out over the phone ahead of my tour to make sure she could cater my tour to my needs/budget. Wonderful prospective tenant experience!
