Dont come!! Watch my statement!! They dont return the security deposit and even charge more!! I didnt do any damage to the unit except very minimum wear and tear on the wall, which can be easily fixed. Watch the Statement they gave me I am suing them.

Bad management! It's been a year since I moved in, and my apartment has serious cracks all over the corners, and they haven't come to fix it. It rained last month and my room leaked and no one came to fix it. The Office manager kept saying that she would report to the higher level, but she has not responded and ignored my emails. Mold growing in the crevices making the unit uninhabitable, and management is actively breaking CA laws!

I used to live in the building but the neighbors are very loud and they didn't do anything about the noise complaints. Even worse, when I moved out, they didn't do the inspection with you and just charged the cleaning fee of $800 as the deposit to not return the deposit which is exactly $800. Very deceptive and manipulative management.

My last year in this apt was nightmare, thank god that I didnt need to spend long time in apt. Worst situation was that they dont return full security deposit (deduct cleaning fee $200 which is they didt notice when I sign contract) - to get deposit, I text and call, email, but they just ignore. overcharge Basically apartment is very noisy Like other people mentioned, it looks like they have unit for short-term stay. Some unit stranger keep come and go, I dont know they stay here for legally. Because I could see drunk girls with heels quite frequently. Some unit do party and play music in balcony. Leasing office just pretend to listen but nothing changed

Building is owned by a Korean person, but managed by an Indian company overseas. Zero communication and management skills from the management company. Not only will they break California tenant laws (will not return security deposit nor provide any explanation why), but they will insist you have a balance outstanding and will send your info over to collections without attempting to even collect from you directly. Amenities were unavailable 95% of the term I lived here, and there is an airbnb type of short-term hotel stay situations going on here. Avoid like the plague!
