This place is nasty and it stinks . I went there to view and it was deplorable. I have emailed you several times with no response. I have reported you to the better business bureau and I requested my money back for the application fee. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

CONSTANT WATER SHUT OFFS
The units have crazy flooding issues because of really old plumbing. Once a week they shut off the water for a whole day for emergency repairs.
There are bed bugs in the laundry rooms and cockroaches in the units.
The intercom has been broken since I moved in 15 months ago. They claim they have fixed it even though they have not.
The elevator breaks all the time and I have go up the stairs to the 6th floor.
Before I signed the lease the manager lied to me and said they have parking passes AVAILABLE that tenants can purchase. After I moved in and asked for one they said there is a waiting list. Ive been on that waiting list for a more than a year.

The intercom has been broken for a year. Every time I order food or groceries I have to go down stairs and open the gate. Its been one year and the manager simply refuses to add my number.
Update: its November 15th and Im still not added, even though I gave them my phone number 2 months ago. Every time I ask they say we dont know how to add new numbers to it.
