Website incorrectly listed a studio unit as a one-bed unit. The floor plan and video both show a one-bed unit. I only found out about it after I submitted an application. Now they refused to refund the application fee even though they are at fault.

Rude leasing office, they see you.outside in a cloudy cold day and they dont open the door. Also rude way of communicating. Very unprofessional.

It's okay. The units and appliances are in good condition but it is really loud most mornings because of the construction across the street. On weekends residents often invite their extended families over for parties in the courtyard and you will hear kids screaming and bad music playing loudly for hours all day and night. Sometimes they even do this on weekdays so if you work from home don't get a unit facing the courtyard. The staff at the front desk are friendly and try to help when they can but for anything more than basic maintenance or simple questions you have to deal with the corporate office, and they are sooo unhelpful and fee-happy. There are also many problems with the gym. They have closed it for long periods of time a few times over the last year.

Writing this for a friend: This apartment sucks balls. The sun doesnt shine on the pool area after 12noon ish. The lights in the gym are so bright you cant do any workout laying on the ground or similar. The gym was closed for flooding where they redid the floor twice and the residents werent compensated, they said we could use the sister faculty where our key cards DONT EVEN WORK, lol because I personally tried it. This went on for almost two months. Also the fire alarm goes off at least once a month in the middle of the night and no one is in the leasing office to turn it off. It wakes everyone up for almost 20 minutes sometimes. The security guards here are a complete joke half the time theyre no where to be found. Handfuls of crackheads in front of the door or street corner. Youd think the Bossa nova security and the building guard would have something worked out by now but no. Also the garage is totally unregulated. Meaning LITERALLY ANYONE can get into the garage and park there for days on end, and theyre claiming theyre getting rid of reserved spots. Also ZERO GRASS ANYWHERE, if you have a dog I would consider another building. Theres also a Wi-Fi router box thing installed into the wall in our closet every 24 hours it beeps repeatedly until you physically go press the button to turn it off. This wakes us up most nights unless we remember to go press the button before we get in bed. Theres no bathrooms by the pool space or the rooftop space so if you have people over be prepared to constantly escort people back to your apartment to use the restroom. Total waste of those spaces. The only good thing I have to say is the leasing ladies are nice and in no way does this review reflect them. Overall just dont move downtown but if you have to dont move to Windsor.
