        Wish I could give this place no stars!!!! Absolutely terrible customer service with a staff that doesnt acknowledge you upon arrival. Theres an older Caucasian bar tender who is extremely rude!

        A restaurant located in front of the departure gate of Terminal B. The chicken was bigger than expected. The berry waffles were delicious.

        My husband and I went to eat at Planet Hollywood today within LAX in terminal B and were turned away because all we were going to order was dessert. The waiter said that we would need to order more substantial food in order to sit at a table. She was extremely disrespectful and very degrading.

        The food is fine, ordered a steak and it tastes ok. But there was 0 service with dirty tablewares. They also added a 18.5% gratitude to the bill without giving you the option to choose. I gave $40 and they were supposed to give me 3.72 but they only gave back $3. Worst dinning experience, won't come back again
