Joe's Airport Parking - Garage (LAX)

pulling in was good but once we landed back in lax we had to call to let them know we were here and it took them an hour to finally pick us up. Then trying to leave the parking structure they were trying to charge me more because of them picking us up late. The guy there waived the fee but starts telling me I should have called them directly which the prepaid res said nothing about calling and 2 thats a process this company needs to figure out amongst themselves. Terrible service. Not enough pick up buses. BETTER OFF USING QUICK PARK OR PARKING SPOT OR WALLY PARK. In the 1-HOUR I was WAITING for Joe's, each one of these companies had 4 or more pick ups for 1 of Joe's. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS here again. Ps I never give out 1 star reviews.

Great idea to park your car and use the shuttle to move around. Obviously when we parked there was a shuttle waiting and available to drive us to the Airport. However, once back at LAX on Sunday afternoon we waited at the terminal pickup station….. we waited and waited; for over 45 minutes. We called 6 times and were put on hold and every time call got disconnected. We had to find other means to get our selfs back to the parking lot. Just be ready to wait for a long time to be picked up.

Excellent service from the people at the office and even better from the bus drivers. Very fast service. I'm grateful. We'll see you next time I fly out of LAX, thank you.

You will expect a super long wait time of shuttle to pick you up in LAX terminals.

This is the parking structure I always use when flying out of LAX. Very convenient, fair price, fast shuttle service.
