An amazing recovery place. I have learned and improved so much about myself through sobriety all due to the efforts, dedication, and grace the staff have given me. Thank you Paulo, Tony, Monica, Danilo & NMW staff. I cannot express in words how grateful I am for your service.

There are some good facilitators, therapists, and classes. However I chose to remove myself after Paulo Grayson, the OWNER, was verbally aggressive and disrespectful to me upon asking simple questions. I only interacted with him twice and both experiences with him were the same. Embarrassing behavior for someone in the mental health and recovery sector. I saw another review about his behavior and couldnt agree more. Unfortunate that hes the owner , because there are a few positive aspects here but Paulo outweighs them all.

So far, it has been an amazing experience at NMW! The staff makes sure we are individually taken care of. The facilitators ensure we learn and grow in a safe environment. I entered their residential, battered and broken, and I entered their outpatient recovery center and sober living a new man! Ive been in three treatments before, and I can say, with complete sincerity, this has been the best one. I shall never forget my time here for the rest of my days. My recovery as an addict has never been so strong, and its in thanks to No Matter What. While I really want recovery and sobriety, NMW has been not just a safe haven, but also a chance to rejuvenate my mind, body, and spirit from the person I was before I entered.

hands down the worst treatment experience ive ever had. during my transition out of sober living, i had a conversation with the owner, Paulo Grayson, in which i started crying and he said verbatim, stop crying, you cry over everything. i also confirmed today via one of his former associates that Paulo has been abusing steroid medication the entire time the treatment center has been open. if youre interested in going to a treatment center where they mentally abuse clients and bribe them to write fake 5-star google reviews, then No Matter What is the place for you.

In crisis, and with help from her coworkers, our daughter found No Matter What. When we found out that she was halfway through a several-hour drive to check herself in, we knew nothing about the place. We called and spoke to Paulo. He was warm, empathetic, and fully focused on our daughter he was arranging for her admission late at night on the weekend, when they are normally closed, and was working on the final details expecting our daughter to arrive within a couple of hours. He spoke about No Matter What being set up to treat dual-diagnosis clients - he was not daunted by our daughter who was struggling with substance abuse issues, with ADHD, and with finding her identity as a transgender woman. He invited us to come visit, which we did the next day. We saw our daughter, the place where she was staying, and met Paulo and Anthony and several of the staff. We left feeling hopeful, that our daughter just might be at the right place. Growing up, even after coming out as transgender a couple of years before, our daughter had felt isolated. She didnt know anyone else like her. At No Matter What, that changed immediately. She was surrounded by people who got her, including other transgender women. It seemed during our visit that this was a place she could thrive. From our first phone call with Paulo, through the twists and turns of our daughters (and our familys) journey, Paulo was available, responsive, fair, kind, and above all personally invested in our daughters recovery. Every interaction we had with him as parents, we left with our stress and distress reduced. The No Matter What staff is talented, and the enterprise is well-run staff clearly take their cues from leadership: the place operates like an extension of Paulos vision. Our daughters experience was a rich one. Her relationships with staff members were key to her recovery. When she took steps forward and when she stumbled, Paulo and the staff were there for her, supporting her and holding her accountable. When ultimately she needed to leave No Matter What due to a poor choice she had made, Paulo and the other staff members were as heartbroken as we were, which is saying a lot! This is a testament to the reality of the relationships they foster, and that at No Matter What, caring for their clients truly means something. Paulo spent a bunch of hours searching for another appropriate place for our daughter to land when she had to leave, right after she had seriously broken his trust. Paulo is a gem of a human being. He and the staff continue to cheer for our daughter as she takes big steps forward into the next stage of her life. A huge shout-out to Gabby here our heartfelt appreciation for continuing your friendship and mentorship with our daughter after she left No Matter What, which we believe was key to our daughters continued progress since her time there. We are grateful beyond measure that our daughter found her way to No Matter What, which served her so well by providing the foundation of her recovery, grateful that she has built lasting friendships there, and grateful to Paulo for being such a stabilizing influence for my wife and I at such a destabilizing time in our lives.
