i attended this facility last summer i overall had a bad experience. The staff were fairly decent but overall the program had a lot of flaws they were not equipped to deal with serious mental health i ended up having to leave to go the hospital. i had friends who would smoke and self harm and the staff didn't even know it was happening. the schedule was terrible and they imposed religious beliefs on us if you are a parent considering this facility please be aware of these program flaws. i wish u all the best of luck.

Staff made up rules to control students, I knew they weren't there because I had to read the student handbook when I arrived. The therapists are not well equipped for the serious mental problems of the students. My therapist told my mother that she didn't love me enough for no reason, and he continued to try to feed me lies about my family. Students that had very serious mental problems were sent home. I didn't get to do any schoolwork and I almost failed my sophomore year of high school. - patient from April 2022

Literally let me go and said i could try to apply again when the whole system is rigged there are girls that need serious help and to be put on medications they keep saying its all false allegations im sure if they were to conduct a survey from the pt perspective they wont be able to say its false then the only good thing about this rehab is that they do try their very best to keep a routine for the patients which is good but they need better psychiatrist and people who understand these patients because mental health is something very important

Mr and Mrs Lewis is wonderful people. They gave me and my daughter a job. And they were very respectful to the clients and the co workers. Me and my daughter love traveling to each house we love what we did I even miss working at the commerce house I love making sure the house was clean and the kids love to see me and my daughter walk in. Everyone have there own opinion.

Out of all the treatment facilities Ive been in when I was younger this place is in my top five. (Other then the mandatory uniforms we needed to wear).. going out to the gym. Movie nights inside the treatment place and on weekends! Going to the movies. Staff when I was there where supportive and fun to be around. We all looked forward to night shift and morning! The cook there, She was great. Food on the weekdays where ehh. But the weekends where prime. Baking classes was always fun to do. NOW therapy and group therapy they both where great(other then hard conversations in family therapy).. My therapist was AMAZING!! Group therapy was relax, but still hit to the point so you didnt feel pressured or overwhelmed. Art therapy was a blast of course everything was based on decision-making in the young adolescent life. I was at the facility over five years ago, so Im not sure how much it has changed. The staff was young, but still took safety precautions as they should, while still having fun. Honestly theres worse facilities. Like I said I dont know how it is now. Its been a while for me but I did enjoy this short term facility.
