It was an overall decent experience. However, during our session, I shared that I wanted to bring my mom in for a session, to which she responded, I dont take Medi-Cal. She assumed she was low-income & at the time, I was being covered under my moms insurance which meant that I qualified for acupuncture benefits because of my mom's coverage! Being stereotyped didnt sit right with me.

Really wonderful experience!!! I am not used to using eastern medicine for relief but now I recommend everyone try it, especially with Katie. I have had back and neck pain for many years from various injuries. These treatments have brought awareness to how connected my issues are with current postures and behaviors. Her holistic approach has opened my eyes to what it takes to have a healthy life. I am very grateful .
