All of their services are more than twice as expensive as other CPA companies. I expected good service for the high price, but the CPA is unfriendly and dislikes being asked questions. They manipulate documents claiming to save taxes, but the data is inaccurate. They file tax reports without asking for a signature or review from the customer before the due date. The CPA frequently delays until the last minute and submits the report without the customer's review or signature. Additionally, the employees change too frequently and make many mistakes. Even when I had them correct their mistakes, they never apologized. This has been my experience for several years, and I would never recommend them.

UnbelievableSally Kim told me that she did received my documents directly over the phone, but later I received my 1099 with social number and address. The office told me that they never received my documents.
