We are incredibly happy with our shades!! The sweet lady at the showroom was knowledgeable and helped answer all the questions I had. And trust me… I had many questions, considering I had no idea how many options there could be for one type of window covering! The owner came to our home to measure the windows in our two bedrooms that needed new roller blinds. He was very helpful with the different color options and even helped us save money by talking me out of doing cloth tapes (old fashioned he said lol!). I loved the look of these blinds so much that I asked him to do another room! He was professional and very personable, accommodating on schedule, and arrived on time. The installers were incredibly fast, yet extremely delicate while handling and installing each blind.

It really pays to do business with a company that is family owned.
If you are thinking of getting new or replacement window treatments, I would strongly recommend Rebarts. Bart is extremely helpful and personable when evaluating your needs. There is customer service is remarkable. I had a problem with my electric blind opener. I was able to contact my installer, Jesus, who patiently walked me through the sequence to restart my remote. Rather than having to endure a service call, my problem was solved by a 10 minute phone call. Jesus made sure that my problem was solved before getting off the phone. This a company that really believes in customer service.
