Claudia is the best Realtor Ive ever worked with. She is absolutely accurate with regard to her assessments of value and offers. I worked with Claudia and Jong for home buying and was very satisfied with the service. During the house hunting period, Claudia spent a good amount of effort understanding our needs and proposed different options/plans for my family. With the dynamic market, she was looking for all possibilities. For instance, during the times with low inventory on the market, she actively researched the off-market houses and seek to find a dream home for us. Claudia and Jong also have a good insight into what houses will suit better for me. At a first time buyer, they helped me understand what to look for during the house tour and gain confidence in my decision. Claudia helped me with my recent purchase. I am happy with her service. First, she has the mindset of building long-term client relationship instead of pushing for a transaction. She has my best interests in mind. For example, she discouraged me to make a high offer once and to pursue a couple of properties that do not fit into my situation. Secondly, she is good at analyzing offer and at negotiating so that I have higher probability to get a deal without overbidding. Thirdly, her team have a lot of experience of flipping houses in the past. So they gave me useful estimate about repair cost. The information is important for my decision making. Last but not least, Claudia works very hard, is very organized and detail oriented. For example, she proactively contacted the cities on my behalf to collect information about rental control and land subdivision et al. She also helped me in mortgage shopping et al. We were searching for a home that meets our requirements for a while. After more than six months of exploration, we contacted Claudia. Claudia and her husband, Jong, discussed with my wife and me. Claudia carefully asked several questions to understand our requirements. She was trying to find out the boundaries of our needs in terms of location, age of the house, number of stories, financial limits. She suggested more possible places, neighborhoods around the city that we were looking at that will fulfill our requirements. That opened up new avenues to explore. Immediately after the first meeting, she provided a list of current open houses in the desired location. It was awe-inspiring because every house that she suggested met 90% of our requirements. She was precisely on the point. She provided us both positive and negative aspects of every home we visited. She carefully read each disclosure documents and provided us the details. We were impressed by how accurately she listed even the negative aspects of the house. That clearly showed that she put us under no pressure to buy.
