I rent a store from deanza properties. I want to give the manager Dena 5 stars. She is a great person, always helpful and professional. So glad I found them!

I have dealt with several employees here and they are all belligerent, rude, and unprofessional. They dont tell you what information they really need up front and then try to scam you out of your money. Everything is someone elses fault and they are unwilling to work with varying type of situations. And, you can see from all my other reviews that I am not one to leave bad reviews. Thats how bad they are.

I like the mangers Denas service. During the con-19 she gave us a lot help. We are all appreciate. Deanza property landlord also a kind man too. Hopes they are all well.

I had two different types of business in Deanza prosperity. They are very great landlord . Great investment and good value. I feel highly satisfied. The properties manager name is Dena , she is nice lady and very professional . When I had some questions or need more service she always give me answer ASAP . I think She is the best administrator. We will keep working together.
