They did a gorgeous restoration of our 1920s heirloom rug. It was for a very honest price and they delivered it to our home. Such a great experience.

My husband and I happened to see Los Altos Rug Gallery while walking around downtown and stopped in. We were greeted and helped by Fahim, Bardia, and Manuel.
They asked us what sort of space we were trying to find a rug for and showed us dozens of different rug and runner options. It was hard work for them to flip all the heavy rugs, but they did it with such a kind attitude that we felt we could ask to see more. They had a wide range of styles (traditional, tribal, modern) and price points.
We scheduled an appointment for them to bring rugs that we identified at the store to our place. Bardia and Manuel showed up on-time for the appointment with many rugs and runners and took the time to patiently lay them out in our place so that we could see what they looked like with the floor, walls, cabinets, etc.
They were also open to negotiation, and we were happy with the prices we agreed upon. We ended up purchasing two beautiful rugs. The next day, Fahim and Bardia came back with rug pads. They also prepared official appraisal documentation for us so that we could get the full value of our rugs insured.
During all these visits, they and we all wore our masks properly and socially distanced. We were very happy with their rug selection, their kind and patient service, their flexibility in working with us, and our two new rugs! Thank you, Fahim, Bardia, and Manuel! :)
