Fabulous Nails & Skin Care

Awful, terrible, I'll never go back!  I think it depends on who you get, but the woman who took off my gels went way too deep on the electric filer thing and two weeks later, my nails are still broken, weak, easily chipped and still painful!  She was very aggressive during the procedure, and I should have mentioned during the removal that it was getting painful while she was using that electric filer.  I've had my gels taken off numerous times before and I've never experienced anything like this!  I need to wait another month or so before my (now thinned out and painful) nails grow out, so that the new growth is healthy again.  I took my old grandpa there in the past and it was fine, so I really think it's who you get.  But the place is old and depressing, and I only went there because I never need to wait (now I know why), and the location.

I ignored the other poor reviews here on yelp since they were so old but I can confirm the quality of service has not changed much over the years. I chose to come here since they were listed on Classpass but my manicure and pedicure were both so rushed that they came out very uneven and messy. I also did not feel pampered like I usually do with a mani/pedi. Seems like they missed a lot of steps because they were so rushed (even though I was the only customer and there were 3 employees). Lots of things wrong with the experience and came out very disappointed with both the manicure and pedicure

This was my first time ever getting my nails done and it was a great experience! The woman who did my nails was so kind and friendly (and very patient with me accidentally messing up a nail while they were drying). They all seemed to be very familiar with every other client coming in and out while I was there, so they must be doing something right to have so many return customers! I'm definitely coming back. I got a regular manicure last Saturday, 7/17, and today, 7/25, it still looks perfect! No chipping, no fading. I dont know what top coat they use, but its exceptional. I will be returning for another manicure soon. Service: Manicure
