Been seeing Dr Liang since I moved back from Asia. His special acupuncture technique got me through multiple fevers, depression, sleep and digestive issues. The most important change he made was to calm my autoimmune hepatitis. My ANA markers came down to normal since being elevated for years. Each time he knows whats wrong and how to fix it before I know about it. Hes a true genius. He also has a great bedside manner and is very attentive, more so than must acupuncturists. His prices are fair to low. Im always getting more value than I have elsewhere. He offers not just acupuncture but also cupping, herbal medicine if needed, as well as electromagnetic needling.

The best acupuncture doctor I have had!  I hurt my back a couple of weeks ago, had problems moving around, walking, and a sciatica. Two visits with Dr. Liang, my back pain was gone, two more visits, my sciatica problem is solved. He helped me with my sleeping problems, too. I have not had an uninterrupted sleep for years.  After acupuncture sessions with Dr. Liang's, I can sleep through the night! It's miracle！

I've been going to XL for over the past couple of years now and he is the most professional, friendly and compassionate acupuncturist that I know of. He was able to diagnose and heal my repeated injuries to my neck after suffering numerous rear end car accidents over the years. Stanford Health prescribed me pain meds and recommended I see a physical therapist. Although, the physical therapist helped me rehabilitate my neck, it was my trip to XL that healed my neck completely. When I came in I still had this clicking sound on my neck whenever I titled it at an angle. After a few sessions, the clicking sound is gone! Went in for a tennis elbow, a frozen shoulder, lower back pain. Gone after multiple sessions. I texted him just recently and had to reschedule my session to earlier in the week because I was experiencing intermittent chest pains and thought it was heart related. Upon talking to him and informing him of my symptoms, he knew exactly where to place the needle in my chest. Exactly where the pain was emanating. What I had was a pinched nerve from overexercising. After a single session, he was able to eliminate the pain. He is such a miracle worker IMO.

This person is incompetent, scam, a disgusting liar. So this so-called "clinic" is only for those who want permanent damage to their health.Xibin Liang causes nerve damages putting wrong needles into wrong places. This person can cause damages to your nervous system which you may never recover from for the rest of your life. Xibin Liang will add a severe life-long pain to your life. Furthermore, this person doesn't even wash his hands when treating his patients increasing risk of infections. Do not see this irresponsible idiot if you value your health. If you want a pain-free life, run away from Xibin Liang and tell your friends to avoid him like a pest. I can't believe such an incompetent, unethical person is working at Stanford Neurology. Xibin Liang has zero understanding of the nerves and creates more serious health problems rather than curing existing ones. Stay away from Xibin Liang if you don't want permanent nerve damage.
