Farzana is absolutely AMAZING! My family has been seeing her for over 18 years. Shes done permanent straightening, hair extensions, hair color and hair cut, all of which have turned out perfectly! Farzana is a wonderful stylist! She gave me a beautiful balayage and was very accommodating of my needs as I wear the hijab and needed a private salon. She closed the blinds and locked the doors so that she could focus on my hair and also to give me the privacy I needed. Farzana is experienced, confident, and kind. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her!

Shes a nice person and is passionate about what she does. I respect that, but I got the Silk Smoothing treatment and I recommend NOBODY GET THIS TREATMENT. I spent 500 dollars to constantly have my hair in a bun because when its down not only does it not look nice at all, so much hair falls out its embarrassing. I pretty much spent 500 dollars to lose my hair. I spent 500$ for all my hair to shed at an unprecedented rate, I've never shed so much in my life. I'm constantly pulling clumps of hair out, hair is always on my clothes, hanging off my body, my hair is now so thin I'm trying so hard to not freak out and cut it all off. I mean its not just long hair, its my regrowth hair too, the shed is long, short, thick and thin strands of hair, its all my hair . So much that I felt the need to write this review so that OTHERS CAN BE AWARE . I have no idea what to do to make it stop. I will NEVER get any treatment in my hair AGAIN.
