I come to this place because I have been seeing the Dr. for long time, before the appt. The staff call me the visits need to split into 2, since DR. on vacation for my original appt., They offered to have one appt. but at later time on 29th, I end up spent double of the time, but this is only the begin of mess up. I arrived for my appt. ~ 1:30 PM, but till past 2:30 PM still not getting serviced, when I check again, discovered they already helping patients of 2:15 pm already, and leave me on the side. Anticipating there might be delay, so I use my computer to do some work, and kept getting disconnected, so I gave up, and wasted my one hour plus in waiting. They collected my payment before even getting services, they cannot give me a statement for my FSA on site, they need to report to insurance company in order to get an EoB, and give me the EoB after that, a backward process. The tests were performed in a rush, they have missed multiple tests include Macula, eye light movement and dilation tests. There are few patients told the front desk they have to leave due to the delay way pass their appt. time and they have rescheduled for multiple times.I was asking for last years prescription and my reading for few weeks but not getting a responses. This is the worst experience I ever had regarding DR. appt. , I recommended not to see this DR. unless you enjoyed waiting for 2 hours plus. and has to make up appoint

My grandmother has attended this office for 2 eye surgeries - both of which were successful. The office is clean and the staff is friendly, which makes our frequent check ups very pleasant. We would recommend that if you have an appointment here, add a 1-2 hour buffer of time since they can get busy and run behind. Overall a good experience

Surprise billing. Beware! I paid my co-pay during my visit 6 month ago. Six months later they sent me a bill with more random copays for each procedure -- no rhyme, no reason. Terrible communications!

My dad had a cataract surgery in both of his eyes. We are so blessed and thankful we found this place. Dr. Fung and his staff are so consistent in the process of everything. They took care of my dad eversince, with the follow ups , i couldn't ask for more. Great job Dr. Fung, Mae and the rest of your staff. More power!

Be careful before you consider this place. I agree with the other negative reviews. But if you do have to go, make note of the following: 1) Appointment time - Be prepared to wait upward of 2 hours for an appointment. You will be very lucky if the doctor can see you within one hour of waiting time. The actual time you will spend with the doctor is going to be very short (sometimes less than 5 minutes). He's very busy and it feels rushed. Make sure you have all your questions ready otherwise once he's done he's gone. Make sure you bring something to do. There's no posted wifi in the waiting area and cell signal is really bad inside. Make sure you clear your calendar because you'll be there for a long time. If you can make the earliest appointment in the day that would be better (but you'll still have to wait, I have no idea why). 2) Billing/payment - Make sure you pay while you're there, even if the receptionist tells you that they're very busy and that they will send you a bill afterwards. Do not take their words for it, insist to pay. They will not send you a bill. Instead, they will go straight to a collection agency. I'm trying to deal with that now for a bill that I've never received, while trying not to let this affect my credit report negatively. 3) Treatment - Please do yourself a favor and ask for a 2nd professional medical opinion. You may find that what's told as necessary is actually optional.
