        Some of the worst service I've received. I was skipped in line and made to wait even after stating I had a time constraint. Go somewhere else.

        Updated review after response from Susan: It does not matter if my or any of the previous reviews are "shared with leadership team" because the branch experience is not for the benefit of your customers and those you should be serving. Original review as follows: If I could give less than one star I would do it. Bank of America doesnt stay open later like other banks. I came in plenty of time before closing and there was one person in the bank that says there are no teller services all of this week. A second person came from behind the teller desks and said they didnt have time to deposit checks for me. I just dont get it anymore. They told me to go to the Safeway Bank of America which isnt nearby. Another branch in town has been closed for over two years. Whatever happened to service for customers?
