I worked with Sam in order to purchase my first place and he was beyond helpful. I had no prior experience or knowledge of the home buying process and he step by step guided me through the process. The entire process was simplified for me through his expertise. From the day I started working with Sam hes been available any and every time I needed him regardless of how big or small the task. I couldnt imagine navigating through the home buying process with working with him. I was not the ideal buyer but he worked hard to get me exactly what I was looking for. Sam is amazing! I found him on a Google search, I was needing help with a partial release sale and was looking for an experienced realtor that was knowledgeable. From the initial conversation I knew he had dealt with this type of request and that I had found the right person to help us with such a complex sale. Sam worked side by side with my mortgage company through the process, and although our mortgage company denied the release (mortgage policy), Sam was able to offer alternative options that will allow the release of the partial parcel and continue with the sale. I also want to add how important it was for me to find someone who kept our best interest in mind!

We were first-time home buyers and had researched about real estate for many years. We were monitoring and following the market to stay updated and informed, but nothing comes close to the precious knowledge that Sam carries about real estate, loans, home property laws and immense care for others. Sam has been much more than a wonderful realtor, or a real estate agent for us, he has been a friend who made our first home purchase an amazing experience and a tangible reality.
