        Edward Velazquez first came and assessed the work that had to be done. He arrived on time on the agreed upon day and went to work right away. He explained at every step of the way what was being done and why. There was an issue with the gate valve of the water heater. Edward explained the issue and why it had to replaced. This also was done quickly and professionally. Edward is a professional that needs to be recognized. Thank you.
