Delayed writing this for about 8 months. Then I thought it would be good to know prior to utilizing a specific lending specialist.Mr. Detrick is on the exterior a professional lending specialist, but in reality was condescending and unprofessional in regards to customer service.I recently saw a response that he emailed to my wife. Unbelievable,He didn't know his rate sheet, what he offered us or much about our deal at all.I'm a retired Chief officer from the fire service and currently the Business Relations Director of a emergency based business. Customer service is essential for a successful business model.I highly recommend utilizing anyone other than this lending specialist.Good luck

We closed on our first home last month and we had a fantastic experience with Steve Detrick and Detrick Mortgage Group!  We had A LOT of questions and Steve was so patient and explained everything perfectly to us.  He truly went above and beyond and communicated throughout the entire process.  We were never left wondering where things were at because Steve was constantly letting us know what was next or what to expect.  We can't recommend Steve and the team enough.  You are in great hands!

Dave Detrick is the consummate professional.  He has been in the mortgage business for over 30 years.  This was by far the best re-finance process I have ever been through and I have been through several over the decades that were not enjoyable.  He was patient and instructive in answering all of my questions about all the details and fees.  He responded to my emails, text messages and phone calls immediately as well as contacting me regularly to tell me how the process was going.  I have recommended him to friends who have had a similar experience.
