I can't say enough good things about Billy Frank.  We have been with Farmers for over 15 years and although their rates have been slightly higher in the past, the service that Billy provides is unequaled.  As a single parent, I find immense relief dealing with such an honest insurance rep.  He is always available to answer questions and changes to my policy.  With 2 teenage boys, insurance can be ridiculously high.  Farmers has recently lowered their pricing on teenage drivers and Billy was able to reduce my premiums below Progressives rates, without comprising my coverage.   I did a lot of research and Farmers offers competitive rates.  Rates are only part of the equation and you can only truly understand how good your insurance company (and your agent) are when you have an accident or claim.  Billy has been there 100%  and Farmers covered me without stress.
