        Mrs. Veronica was so helpful in starting a policy for my car, although she had clients to call back etc. She took time to HEAR me & the literal pain I was in! She's professional & attentive. Mrs. Stephanie is just as professional & courteous  I recommend  this Farmers office particularly if you're in a bind!

        Mrs. Veronica & Mrs. Stephanie were absolutely helpful! I was having an awful experience with Mercury and am so grateful that Mrs. Veronica gave a patient listening ear; although she didn't have to. I'm new her but feel optimistic. Mrs. Stephanie reached out today 12/05/2022 ( policy started on 30th of November 2022) & was just as professional- courteous & helpful. Thank you ladies! 2023 is going to be an incredibly safe & Purpose FILLED year indeed.

        Ms. Angulo acquired our business from our former agent, who had retired. We could not be more pleased with Ms. Angulo and her staff. They were proactive in introducing themselves through phone calls, letters, and emails. We did not feel alone during the acquisition of our policies (which total 7). Their professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness is refreshing, and we were relieved to know that we had been left in capable hands. They are incredibly responsive to all forms of communication and even spent as much time as needed with me when I just dropped into the office without an appointment. We recently relocated to out of state and Veronica's team assisted with transitioning of our policies to another Farmer's agent. The process was seamless. My husband and I highly recommend Ms. Angulo and Team!
