We had a wonderful experience with this company for the installation of our luxury vinyl plank floors for our entire main floor. The sales process was seamless. The installation team was outstanding. Not only did they do an absolutely professional installation, they were very aware of the impact on us as they worked. Their cleanup each day was immaculate. They were very transparent when they identified an issue and offered all solutions. The floors are fabulous.

we went in looking for wood flooring for four rooms. We were greeted by Debbie. We ultimately purchased the flooring and were thrilled that Debbie stayed in contact from start to finish. They started exactly when they said they would and finished when they said they would. Roberto was in charge and was there the entire time working with his assistants. We are thrilled with the results. We could not find a single things that they could have done better.. Thank you Debbie, Roberto and his great assistants.

Everyone was so helpful, patient with my questions, and very professional. They did 75% of the floors in our home and it was well worth the time and money spent. i heartily recommend this company!!

Installers were polite, professional, fast but thorough, respectful, and great with my son letting him watch and talk with them as they worked. I highly recommend Bixby Carpet and Flooring to anyone looking for a beautiful transformation from the old flooring to their new flooring..

We could not be happier about choosing you guys! From Customer Service, Inspectors, and Installers, everything went smoothly. This company took a lot of stress off my shoulders and the process was fast. Will definitely be using them in the future for any needs that come up.
