        I have recently referred dr Chan too a few people that r in need of a caring & compassionate doctor. Dr Chan & his staff have treated my medical concerns in the upmost professional manner, and have treated me as the most important person when Im either in the office or when doing a tel-a-visit.         As a new patient, I was impressed with the details of his questions and concerns with my well-being Also, advised me how to proceed in the future. I am going to be his patient treated me with great dignity. Im a clumsy old lady. I know it and yet he treated me with great dignity.

        I tested positive for COVID on a Sunday (I'm fully vaccinated) I texted a message on the patient portal asking for a prescription then called the office on Monday and spoke to a nurse that someone/doctor will call me back (that was at 9 AM). Its Tuesday with no prescription for COVID. I finally went to a different provider and within 5 minutes I got a prescription. This is the second incident where if you need help, it was dealing with all the various OTUM sites to get help. I gave one star because I should have gotten a call from this Doctor and he does NOT read messages posted to the OPTUM patient portal.
