TKR Construction

We highly recommend TKR Construction. In the dealings we have had with them, we have found them to be great communicators and very reliable. We have spoken to more than one homeowner using them for their remodel and/or design service and everyone has been happy with Jennifer, Ken and the rest of their team. Very impressed!

TKR did a full kitchen, living room remodel for us.  Ken was our contractor, and I can't express enough how great they are.  Excellent communication the whole way through, and extremely accommodating.  They really value their customers, and treat you like you are like family.  With such a major undertaking and expense, you expect great treatment, and TKR did not disappoint.  Any future projects, I will 100% go back to TKR.

An absolute WONDERFUL experience with TKR Construction!  We wanted to remodel existing square footage as well as add some new construction to our house.  Ken helped guide us through setting up a master plan, understanding what both our short-term and long-term goals were.  From there, he was able to design a plan that sequenced things perfectly, so could take advantage of all open walls/construction.  Ken also presented us a number of options for the new space, which was very productive, and ultimately we selected a plan that was an evolution of the idea my wife & I had.  Ken is a collaborative architect who has a great eye for homes.  The construction process was the easiest I've ever seen.  Despite having to demolish an entire exterior wall, there was virtually no dust outside of the construction area.  The team built a full ceiling-to-floor plastic guard to keep our kitchen and living room livable.  All of the workers were exceeding polite, and left no sharp objects around (due to the fact that we have little kids).  We finished on-time and on budget.Not only did we have a great experience with TKR, we also recommended TKR to other friends who have now had similar experiences.  Highly recommend them - the quality was excellent.

Took 2 weeks to get a call back and they clearly were too busy to care about my business.  The call was mostly them selling me on why they were too busy to give me a quote.  Would never give 6 figures to a business that doesn't value it. If your job is smaller, I'd go elsewhere. Or even if it's bigger, I'd go elsewhere. For now they are "busy" and don't need you.
