Dr Forman and Dr Izar, 6.19.16. I'm grateful to say they saved my life that day. Palpitations over 300. Then a couple of bowles. Ended with a defibrillator. No words can express my appreciation to both of them.

Worst doctor experience ever!  I needed a new cardiologist after my old one moved out of state.  Dr. Forman was recommended by my wife and neighbor.  I had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment but that's pretty standard thes  After filling out the usual forms I was taken to an exam room and left there for one hour.  No one came by and told me what was causing the wait or how long it was going to be.  As I was getting ready to leave Dr. Forman showed up.  He asked how I was doing and I said I was seconds away from leaving.  He asked why and I said because I had been waiting for an hour.  Rather than apologize or explain he said "so I should have cut the procedure I was doing short because you're impatient ".  Seriously?!?  He wastes an hour of my time and then gets annoyed with me because I'm not happy about it.  I stood up, told him what I thought of him, and walked out.I understand all about waiting and unavoidable delays but usually I get an apology or an explanation or both.  I've never waited this long for a scheduled appointment and then be told it's my fault for being impatient.  Usually this kind of crap gets blamed on the staff but this is squarely on the doctor and no one else.

He was my fathers cardiologist and saved his life allowing us to have many more years with our dad. He also treated him with compassion and respect, even though my father could be difficult at times. Thank you Dr Foreman.

This Dr. Forrman guy's ego is out the door and across the street waving back at the man .....he actually said to my NINTYSIX year old mother she'll need to pass labs in order for her to get OXYGEN (having said she gets short of breath) ..... ive been in healthcare for over 15 years -and out of all the doctor appointments that I've been with clients over the years -theyve always bent over backwards to do anything that the client wanted. ......couldnt believe my ears .....all happening after a rude sign in with somebody name Cassandra who talks while on the phone and says the appointment was July 14 and looks me in the eye and says Im on the phone in a manner of like "screw you" ......not like oops Im sorry I was talking on the phone and wasn't talking to you. I hope the (egomaniac) has to change locations -unbelievable *** between me and you thats what happens after surgery -your nothing but pocket money for gas with these people ......just coming back to have blood pressure taken and a slap on the back

Excellent cardiologist doctor. Listen to patient and easy to communicate. Good manner and respectful. Very happy for my personal care
