They did a pretty good wash on my car. I wish it would have removed ALL the dirt, but it got the main portion. I will go back.

I recently had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Clean wave car wash took my car to this car wash with the hopes of getting a thorough cleaning. However, my visit turned out to be a complete disaster. It left noticeable remnants of bird poop on my car, it also managed to spread the mess further, resulting in an even more unsightly appearance. I discovered new scratches on my car's exterior door handles after the visit. It was disheartening to see that not only did it fail to clean my car properly, but it also managed to damage it in the process. I expected a premium service for the cost I paid, I chose the Ultimate Shine and Protection but what I received was a shoddy and disappointing outcome. I strongly advise against using Clean wave Car wash for any car cleaning needs. Using this car wash left my car with unsightly bird droppings, additional scratches. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and potential damage to your vehicle by seeking an alternative car wash that values customer satisfaction.

I like this car wash, but pricing is a bit steep than other places, even the new ones offering the same options. Now, as the other customer stated that he noticed scratches on his vehicle, I also have noticed the same thing. Yes, my car is older, but I didn't have that many scratches on it. I believe it's the side brushes doing the damage. Now on the tire shine that thing is an over kill, my tires do look shinny but my wheels look ugly due to the chemical being used which looks like oil and it spreads every where when you just drive off. Also, they should be using blue tape on the rear wiper instead of the masking tape, I know its cheaper, but it doesn't produce customer satisfaction. UPDATE::: So they started using the blue tape on the rear window wiper, which us great. Unfortunately, at times, they don't have anyone to greet you and give you a dash wipe and the car scent wafer. Some of these kids are on their phone instead, and management have someone clean the sprayers so that it distributes water evenly.
