Colton provided us with pre-construction services prior to starting our project that exceeded all of our expectations and helped us feel less overwhelmed taking on a large project. CJR Concrete & Landscape Constructions offers pool, hardscape and landscape design which we desperately needed as we had a large bare dirt lot. Colton is an honest and expert contractor. His knowledge is far beyond anything we experienced while speaking with other contractors prior to starting our project. He listened to our desires for our project and gave options and feedback to keep us within our landscape budget. The project coordination, Colton's communication with us, the clean & organized job site and the quality of his company's work sets his company apart from the rest. When we started this journey with our first ever brand new home, we were a bit overwhelmed and intimidated by the large blank slate we had in our new backyard. Our previous home had all it's landscaping. Given that we are approaching our semi-retirement years, we knew that besides quality, fairness in price, and expertise, we wanted the total experience to be filled with successful memories. We wanted someone to treat this project as their own. We wanted an amazing experience with a team that would make it easy for us. We knew it was going to be big. Colton and his wife Paige have been that amazing team. Coltons expertise in the area of concrete was especially important to us. The amount of hardscape we planned was significant. His vendor/sub management knowledge was instrumental. We always knew what was happening and when. He doesnt share anything other than realistic expectations, allowing us to make solid informed decisions. Consistent communication, an eye on detail, they care greatly where they put their name and it shows in their work ethic and passion towards their projects. We are beyond pleased. We're still working on our project but I have attached a few photos of where we are today. We started with a big empty dirt space. Creative minds, teamwork, and effective collaboration has brought our dream backyard to reality. You cant go wrong with CJR. We love them!

CJR Landscape Construction has come out to do multiple projects on our property. We had a terrible draining problem in front of our house and the owner regraded everything and installed a drain system that worked amazingly in this last set of storms we had. During another project he helped us clear out stumps, dead trees, and brush so we were able to stay in compliance with our CalFire wildfire insurance. His highest quality work that adds the most beauty to our yard was the custom waterfall he built that flows into our pond. Hes highly skilled and knowledgeable in his trade, I would highly recommend his services!
