Mr. Frumkin did a wonderful job of helping my son gain custody of his two daughters.  Mr. Frumkin also went above and beyond in helping him to retain possession of the house.  I found the man to be very personable, knowledgeable.  He was patient with us as we were extremely anxious regarding both matters.  My son made the right choice when he contacted Mr. Frumkin.  I would highly recommend Mr. Frumkin to anyone who is having custody issues.  He truly is the pitbull that is represented on the back of his business card.

I came to Mr. Frumkin because I had a fiduciary take advantage of me.  He said he would take the case for a small amount down, and 35% when we won.  After a week or two I was billed, a week after that, another.  Next thing I knew I was six months into nothing being done, out over $10K.  In month two he forgot why I had hired him.  Was charged for work I never asked him to do that did not pertain to my case.  I was also double billed the first two to three months.  When I questioned his billing, he told me I had to come up with a $4,000 retainer or find a new lawyer.  I choose to work with a more ethical attorney.  Now he has held my file for months, delaying my case even longer, in a time sensitive case.  He's a real piece of work.  Don't hire him, he's losing his train of thought, forgets almost everything, then blames you or his law student.
