My appointment was supposed to be between 11-12 then they moved it to 1-2. They asked me for a towel so that he can step on and clean the big water messes he was creating. They guy only took 15-20mins on cleaning my sofa. Then the guy tried to charge me more than what was told. He said he had to spilt it with his partner which didnt help not one bit. His partner was in the car on the phone the whole time. He only did one pass & didnt even take his time. I just seen him throwing it around here and there. No its a waste of money. This is a scam. Worst experience and beyond expensive. The tech showed up dragging his machine in sand and water ( I live on the beach) and brought it inside dirty and proceeded to clean my rug wearing dirty shoes. He didnt take his shoes off or use booties. He filled is bucket multiple times in my sink and left and I had to turn the over flowing water off. Most importantly he used a very very very large amount of water and completely soaked my rug and sofa. I had free standing water all over my floors and under my sofa. I used 9 beach towels to clean it up. My sofa is still soaking wet- Down to the springs. The dirt and stains I had him come remove are still there. My entire rug and sofa has been drying with fans, I provided myself, for 12 Hours and everything is still so wet. I asked him to clean up the water and he just left. $475!!!!!! One L shape sofa and one 8x10 rug. Worst part the entire business is a scam. You cant get a hold of anyone. Stay away its very bad!! Services: Area rug cleaning, Upholstery cleaning

Thomas was wonderful!!!!!! Very respectful and my carpets definitely gonna call him back! Now, everyone will HAVE to take their shoes off or else

I had my two living room carpets and two sofa beds cleaned today. They did a great job! They were also very kind. Were really impressed by the service. Would recommend to anyone for a great cleaning. I'll be requesting Thomas next time for sure.

Very happy with the service. Scheduled time was met, courteous and professional. The price was great. Javier is really a very nice guy and will go out of his way for you. I highly recommend this company, will use them again for any carpet cleaning or upolstery cleaning.!!
