You go to their website and all they have on display from their inventory is trucks that they have already sold. What is this the bragging section?? What good is displaying trucks that are not available for purchase to potential buyers? Under your inventory section you have trucks that are sold which are no longer in your inventory so delete them from your inventory.. ridiculous.

I had an excellent experience purchasing a truck from Pacific Trux Dealership. Although I live in Seattle, the team, particularly Terence Rulon and Vanessa Sotelo, made the long-distance transaction seamless and straightforward. After a $1,000 deposit, I was able to test drive the truck in just two days and finalize the purchase on the spot. The financing process was smooth and efficient. What sets Pacific Trux apart, however, is its commitment to customer satisfaction even after the sale. Despite signing an AS-IS WARRANTY, Terence and the team were extremely supportive when I discovered a few issues with the truck during my drive back to Seattle. They not only guided me through the repairs but also covered the cost of all parts and some of my time. When I later found a leak in the truck box, Terence offered to cover half the cost of the repair. I'm surprised to read any negative reviews about Pacific Trux. My experience was fantastic, marked by their integrity and follow-through. Terence was true to his word, even though I was almost 2,000 miles away. I highly recommend Pacific Trux for its excellent support and commitment to customer satisfaction. Thanks again, Terence, Vanessa, and the whole Pacific TRUX crew.
