Dr. Grant and his staff performed flawlessly in my surgery. Took care of all paperwork and insurance in advance as well as post surgery follow up calls and appointments. I had minimal down time and a quick recovery. Their attention to details allowed me to focus on recovery and eliminated the stress associated with having surgery. I'm glad I chose them.

I absolutely love Dr. Grant He did an amazing job. I had a colon resection and I was very impressed with the quality of care he gave me. Very compassionate, and the attention I received from him and the hospital Long Beach Memorial was just amazing.. I wish he could do my other surgery that I need done. If I ever need another surgery and he can perform it, I will not think twice about where to go... Thank you Dr. Grant!!!!

Dr. Steven Grant is an amazing service however I will never go back there again. His office is the most unprofessional staff ever. ROSA and STEVEN are the rudest from talking back to yelling to ignoring what I was asking. Telling me that I was not listening to her when I asked her for a specific date on when my refund would be issued.  The surgeons are heaven sent and very friendly however their office staff will make people not ever go back.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a PROFESSIONAL medical establishment. Called to schedule an appointment to possibly get a lipoma removed and was so caught off guard but the rude, nasty attitude one of the receptionists had. I wanted to call back to get the girl's name but I was too pissed to even speak to her again. How can they hire people like this that treat PATIENTS like that? Better yet, how do they even get jobs in the medical field? I'm hoping to God I have a better experience with Dr. Grant himself and will definitely be speaking to him regarding this issue.

He save my life and was very passionate about what i wanted as his patient. Dr.Grant and his staff took great care of me for two months, I would recommend him to any one.
