I purchased a relatively small safe, and was pleased with the customer service and the product. The safe was built on time and I was contacted as soon as it was available for pickup. I brought back the upper shelf to have the long gun hole enlarged and it was completed within a day and exactly what I asked for. Would highly recommend this company and their products.
