We met Kathy at the showing of a somewhat poorly done flip. She seemed really interested in our thoughts and really listened, often having followup questions. We had met many realtors at open houses and her attentiveness really stood out. When it was time to pick a realtor we contacted her and she really paid attention again to what we were looking for and our situation. She was very positive about working with a veteran using a zero down VA loan and not many other realtors seemed ready to take that on. As we got into the process not only did we realize how attentive she was, but also how driven and motivated she was to get things done. She was often a step ahead of us, greasing the skids and working with the necessary third parties. Closing went flawlessly and she helped us get the home spiffed up before our move, which was on a very tight deadline. She's a real pro, will get you what you are looking for, make the process smooth, and get things done expeditiously. On top of that, she's very personable, friendly, and a joy to work with!
